We believe that Certopus offers the best value for money in the premium segment of digital credentials management solutions. Our pricing reflects the quality and the benefits of our product, as well as the costs of maintaining and developing it.
That’s why we have decided to update our pricing to align with the current value of Certopus. This change will also enable us to invest more in our product and our customer service, and to continue delivering the best experience possible for you.
What does this mean for you?
Our new pricing will go live on March 21, 2024. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to lock in your current price for the lifetime of your subscription.
However, if you want to upgrade, this is the right time as you will enjoy current prices for lifetime of subscription. So, if you are thinking of expanding your use of Certopus, now is the best time to do it. You have until March 21, 2024 to take advantage of our current pricing and save money in the long run.
TL;DR: We will honor all the current subscriptions and deals for lifetime of the subscription. You don’t have to worry about losing access to any of the features you have already paid for. That means you will not pay more for the same features and services you enjoy today.
What are the new pricing tiers?
We have simplified our pricing structure to make it easier for you to choose the best plan for your needs. We have reduced the number of tiers from three to two: Standard and Professional. We have also introduced sub-tiers based on the number of credentials you need, so you don’t overpay for your usage.
The old Basic plan is merged with the Standard plan, and it includes all the upgraded Standard. So it is a good news for all users with Basic tier, they will enjoy features of Standard tier.

How to lock in your current price?
If you are an existing customer, you don’t have to do anything to lock in your current price. You will automatically keep paying the same amount for the same plan until you cancel or change your subscription.
If you want to upgrade to a different plan, you can do so before March 21, 2024 and still pay the current price. After that date, you will have to pay the new price for any changes you make to your subscription.
To upgrade, you can go to your billing page in your organization settings and select the options you want. You can also contact our support team if you need any assistance.
If you want to get Certopus at the lowest price it will ever be, you have until March 21, 2024.
